During the first three months, all new hires work 100% on-site. After this period, employees become eligible for the hybrid model, subject to evaluation by their direct manager. **Responsibilities and duties** * Work on less complex topics and receive guidance from more senior roles and management. * Perform administrative tasks related to product management. * Collect and compile data for basic product analyses. * Support the team in preparing product documentation and specifications. * Assist in organizing meetings and preparing presentation materials. * Monitor the market and competitors to support comparative analyses. * Support the product development and launch process. * Maintain updated product-related files and records. * Support product communication and marketing activities. * Assume progressively greater responsibilities in smaller product projects under supervision. **Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. * Experience in data analysis and interpretation. * Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard and report creation. * Knowledge of data modeling and visualization. * Experience tracking performance indicators (KPIs). * Knowledge of cost management and budgetary control. * Knowledge of financial analysis. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in product portfolio analysis. * Experience in corporate planning or strategic areas. * Knowledge of financial modeling and scenario projections. **Additional information** **OUR BENEFITS:** ---------------------- We are a benchmark company in the Brazilian insurance market.
