Development of analytical and communication skills Job Description: Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Work in the sportswear industry **Tasks and Responsibilities:** * **Customer Service and Support:** * Manage customer complaints and issues, ensuring satisfactory resolution. * Monitor order status and after-sales processes, providing continuous support to the sales team; * **Sales Support:** * Develop and present sales materials and commercial proposals. * Maintain information flow between the sales team, customers, and other departments such as logistics and finance. * Assist in prospecting and monitoring customers. * Monitor inventory and track product shipments, ensuring efficient delivery. * **Administrative Tasks:** * Maintain and update customer databases and contact information. * Enter data into management systems. * Prepare reports on market trends, demand, and sales performance. * Organize information to facilitate negotiations and transactions. * **Collaboration and Organization:** * Monitor delivery deadlines and ensure commitments are met. * Participate in events and trade fairs, promoting the company's products and services. Required Skills and Knowledge: * Analytical reasoning and abstract thinking ability. * Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel. * Ability to interpret data and identify patterns. * Communication skills to present information and reports to senior management.
