Job Summary: Assist the Business Unit Manager with administrative and HR tasks, ensuring process compliance and employee well-being. Key Highlights: 1. Supporting the Unit Manager in administrative and HR routines 2. Managing documents and controlling personnel processes 3. Ensuring quality and compliance of essential items Your typical day: (spoiler: generating lots of smiles is part of the package)! Assist the Business Unit Manager with timekeeping closure, addressing all irregularities as needed; Ensure compliance of all medical exams, including pre-employment, termination, periodic, and medical certificates; Assist the Business Unit Manager in managing restaurant employees’ vacation schedules, monitoring accruals and entering the approved period into the system; Enter new hires and terminations into the system; Prepare employee warnings when necessary; Manage employees’ banked hours and provide a report to the Operations Manager; Ensure uniform quality by ordering uniforms for new employees and arranging replacements when needed; Inspect all PPE at the restaurant and request replacements or repairs as required; Maintain the restaurant’s financial folder (banana control and cash register map), ensuring all required signatures from bank deposit receipt to possible discrepancies; Inspect the break room, PAT table, and locker rooms. Indispensable ingredient ?? Completed high school; Preferred: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or technical course in Administration.
