Store Supervisor

Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for supervising the team, ensuring store organization, controlling product pricing, and assisting the manager with daily operations and goal achievement. Key Highlights: 1. Supervises store organization and product pricing. 2. Guides the team to improve customer service and customer experience. 3. Supports the manager in managing daily operations and motivating the team. 1\. Ensure that sales associates and shelf stockers replenish shelves according to the chain's standards and layouts; 2\. Request necessary products from the warehouse department by specifying quantities and items, via verbal and/or written instructions to the operational team; 3\. Supervise product pricing and signage to ensure compliance with procedures; 4\. Review price lists, and after in-store verification, guide and approve any adjustments to ensure advertised prices align with flyers, price lists, and marketing campaigns; 5\. Supervise team members' customer service and mediate more complex customer interactions, supporting associates in resolving issues; 6\. Instruct the team on internal procedures, appropriate conduct, customer approach methods, and other topics through verbal or written instructions to enhance service quality and in-store customer experience; 7\. Actively assist the store manager in daily operations, team motivation, and driving daily and monthly sales targets; 8\. Support the store manager in opening and closing procedures, including substituting for them when necessary; 9\. Provide daily support for company activities and routines, consistently contributing to maintaining work quality and workplace environment.
