GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: **Supervises and carries out pre-operation, operation, and closing routines;** Prepares hot and cold dishes, possessing the ability to operate all equipment used in the kitchen; **Ensures proper organization of ingredients in refrigerators, cabinets, and other areas;** Plates dishes prepared by the establishment; **Maintains order and cleanliness in the kitchen;** Collaborates solidarily with coworkers to optimize processes and ensure high-quality served products; **Prioritizes environmental quality control, ensuring compliance with health surveillance regulations;** Corrects, modifies, and develops expiration labels for produced and frequently used ingredients; **Minimizes waste, maximizing ingredient utilization;** Keeps uniform clean; **Cleans the workplace daily after each shift;** Weekly, assists with intensive cleaning of the work area, equipment, and facilities: mops floors, cleans windows, tiles, light fixtures, refrigerators, ovens, stoves, cabinets, and others, ensuring appropriate presentation of the premises; **Performs other duties related to the position, as determined by the Kitchen Leader** Coordinates kitchen operations in the absence of the Kitchen Leader. One day off per week and one Sunday per month (6x1 schedule). Sunday through Wednesday: 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM; Thursday until midnight; Friday and Saturday until 1:00 AM. Compensation: R$1.621,00 – R$3.500,00 per month.
