Data collection and updating of the Operations Concept, defining business rules, operational workflows, and ops clock; 2\. Supporting interface specifications according to business rules and operational workflows, with active participation in mapping sessions; 3\. Ensuring systemic configuration standards are applied; 4\. Establishing from-to relationships for information exchange between systems; 5\. Informing project managers, BUs, and IT about identified issues so that respective issue trackers are updated; 6\. Supporting integrated testing conducted by IT; 7\. Capturing the latest version of test scripts for involved systems; 8\. Including project-specific scenarios into test scripts. Where applicable, ensuring existence of tests relevant to System Validation; 9\. Ensuring existence of both positive and negative test cases in the script; 10\. Defining timelines and required operational resources for test execution; 11\. Monitoring test execution and logging by users. Monitoring and validating test execution in the client’s system environment; 12\. Sharing interim test results with the client using internal performance indicators; 13\. Closing out tests and reporting final outcomes; 14\. Planning and supporting DILO – Day In Life Of execution; 15\. Detailing training needs for trainers and end users; 16\. Supporting development of the cutover plan, particularly escalation plan, support plan, and ramp-up volume planning; 17\. Supporting the hypercare period; 18\. Reporting deviations from agreed processes or volumes; 19\. Triggering requests for additional resources.
