The focus will be on driving results, implementing sound management practices, and ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines. * Experience as a manager or in a leadership position in supermarkets, retail, or a related field. * Proven skills in people management and team leadership. * Knowledge of sales techniques, inventory control, and financial management. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Proactivity, organizational ability, and capacity to work under pressure. * Basic knowledge of computer tools and sales management systems.
