MAGNA, in partnership with a multinational manufacturing company located in the metropolitan region of Campinas/SP, is seeking: **MAINTENANCE MANAGER** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields; * Advanced English proficiency for conversation; * Proven experience in industrial maintenance and facilities contract management; * Experience working in high-operational-demand industrial environments; * Knowledge of preventive, predictive maintenance, and TPM; * Knowledge of electrical systems, automation, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial mechanics; * Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and automation will be considered a plus. **Key responsibilities and duties:** * Coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance routines; * Lead operational maintenance and facilities teams, promoting organization, development, and performance; * Ensure availability and reliability of industrial equipment; * Monitor KPIs, budget, and action plans for the department; * Manage contracts and suppliers related to infrastructure and facilities; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industrial best practices; * Participate in continuous improvement, automation, and operational efficiency projects.
