Direct support to store management A variety store is seeking a Checkout Assistant Manager in São Gonçalo (Alcantara). **Responsibilities:** Coordinate product arrangement, pricing, expiration date verification, and customer service across the entire checkout area. Manage all cashier operations: queue management, cash register opening and closing, cash withdrawals, and submission of all department documentation via courier pouch. Motivate and lead the checkout team to achieve sales and service targets. Monitor sales performance by analyzing reports and comparing them against established goals. Support the store manager. Deliver an outstanding shopping experience, delighting and increasing customer loyalty. Previous experience as Cash Management Assistant, Customer Service Coordinator, Checkout Supervisor, or Deputy Sales Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
