Here at **Ascenty**, we are looking for a **Technical Leader** to join our team and make a difference! * **Education:** Technologist/Technician or bachelor's degree related to the field (Electrical/Automation/Mechanical/Mechatronics). * **Course:** Intermediate English proficiency preferred. * **Working Hours:** Administrative — 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Key Responsibilities:** * Serve as the technical reference for Data Center operations, ensuring high availability, reliability, and security of critical infrastructure. * Provide technical leadership to the operations team (electrical, mechanical, and infrastructure), supporting incident resolution and decision-making. * Ensure compliance with SLAs, operational procedures, technical standards, and regulatory requirements. Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities on critical systems (power, cooling, UPS, generators, racks, and cabling). * Analyze incidents and failures, conduct root cause analyses (RCA), and implement continuous improvement action plans. * Support change management, risk assessments, and maintenance windows. * Collaborate with Engineering, NOC, Security, and vendor teams to ensure technical and operational alignment. * Develop and review technical documentation, operational procedures, and performance reports. * Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with standards such as ISO, TIA-942-C, and industry best practices for Data Centers. * Attend client meetings (MBR, QBR, and others as needed), providing technical and operational information. * Actively participate in Problem Management meetings, contributing technical analysis and root cause identification for incidents across Ascenty sites. **Previous Experience:** * Knowledge of electrical equipment (UPS, batteries, generators, transformers, electrical panels, frequency inverters, etc.); * Knowledge of refrigeration, mechanical systems, and industrial automation; knowledge of hydraulics and civil engineering; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. * Solid experience in Data Center operations or mission-critical environments. * Ability to provide technical leadership to teams and operate effectively in critical environments.
