We are seeking a Logistics Operations Leader to ensure the efficiency of logistics processes, guaranteeing the proper flow of goods receipt, storage, and dispatch. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and guide the operational team (inventory, picking, verification, and dispatch) * Plan and monitor logistics routines, ensuring deadlines are met * Control and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), such as productivity, inventory accuracy, and service level * Ensure warehouse organization and proper product storage * Supervise goods receipt, verification, and dispatch processes * Identify and implement continuous improvements in logistics processes * Address operational issues and manage conflicts * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures **Requirements:** * Experience in logistics or related fields * Experience leading operational teams * Knowledge of inventory control and logistics processes * Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile * Strong communication skills and people management ability Employment type: Full-time Compensation: Starting from R$2\.500,00 per month Work location: On-site
