Store Supervisor

You will be responsible for managing a household goods store in São Joaquim da Barra/SP, overseeing operations, the team, and customers' shopping experience. It’s an opportunity to develop your leadership in a dynamic environment with autonomy and company support. * Manage daily store routines and ensure smooth daily operations. * Lead and develop a team of 15 to 20 employees. * Monitor sales targets, key performance indicators, and results. * Organize staff schedules, task assignments, and shift coverage. * Ensure product organization, cleanliness, and effective display. * Serve customers and support the sales floor team. * Implement and enforce internal policies and procedures. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience in team management or supervision, preferably in commerce/retail. * Availability for 100% in-person work in São Joaquim da Barra/SP. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Leadership profile focused on team development. * Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks. * Aptitude for resolving day-to-day operational issues. * Results-oriented mindset with focus on achieving targets. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience as store manager, assistant manager, supervisor, or team leader. * Experience working in household goods, variety, bazaar, or similar stores. * Experience with performance metrics (e.g., sales, average transaction value). * Prior involvement in store openings or process implementation.
