Your mission: Develop new features that expand the value delivered to the client. The challenge: Support the digital transformation of a major client in the sanitation sector, developing scalable solutions in Salesforce Service Cloud that increase operational efficiency, strengthen the quality of services provided, and sustain the continuous evolution of the platform with technical excellence You will: * Act as the technical development reference for the squad, guiding the team and leading implementation decisions. * Develop and customize Salesforce solutions with a focus on Service Cloud: case management, queues, assignments, Omni\-Channel, Knowledge, Entitlements, and SLAs. * Create and maintain integrations between systems using APEX, REST/SOAP APIs, Flows, and middleware tools. * Handle complex maintenance, evolution, and support demands for the platform, including high-volume service scenarios. * Perform code reviews, define development standards, and technically support other developers in the squad. * Participate in agile rituals, refinements, and technical alignments with multidisciplinary teams and the architecture team. * Ensure code quality, test coverage, documentation, and adherence to Salesforce best practices. * Support requirements analysis and propose viable and scalable technical solutions for the business. * Solid experience as a Salesforce Developer in medium and large-scale projects, with a focus on Service Cloud. * Proficiency in APEX, LWC, Triggers, Aura Components, and SOQL/SOSL. * Strong knowledge of integrations (REST/SOAP), Web Services, and authentication (OAuth, JWT). * Experience with Flows, automations, and Salesforce architecture best practices. * Experience in customizing the Service Console and service automations.
