Do you want to be part of this story and turn ideas and dreams into reality? **As a Professional Solutions Architect, you will:** * Act as a technical reference in your area of specialization, directly contributing to the quality and success of the solutions developed. * Be responsible for performing or leading internal code inspections, ensuring the technical and functional quality of the delivered systems. * Actively participate in the development of technical proposals, ensuring the accuracy and feasibility of the proposed solutions. * Generate differential value in projects through technical excellence, meeting client expectations, and commitment to deadlines and results. * Share knowledge with teams, promoting training, technical meetings, and discussions on lessons learned, contributing to the continuous technical development of the teams. * Demonstrate the ability to delegate tasks, involve other professionals, and act in a consultative manner in different technology fronts, being recognized as a technical reference. * Work in partnership with technical leaders and managers, unblocking relevant topics, proposing improvements, and driving business or product results. * Support the horizontal practices team in knowledge management, structuring procedures, technical instructions, standards, and norms, in addition to maintaining repositories accessible to the team. * Encourage innovation through the experimentation of new technologies and methodologies.
