Contribute to organizational success and personal development. **Production Supervisor \- Fixed-Term Position** ----------------------------------------------- **Are you looking for a new opportunity in your professional career?** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The industrial area in Portão (RS) offers this opportunity to work in management. **Your main tasks and responsibilities include:** * Organize and supervise production area activities, overseeing and guiding workers assigned to various tasks under your supervision, to ensure the production process is completed within scheduled timelines, standards, and cost constraints. * Analyze the production schedule, interpreting projects, drawings, specifications, production orders, and other documents to assess requirements for labor, materials, tools, equipment, and execution timelines. * Plan production activities based on available material and human resources, aiming to identify the most efficient allocation method to maximize resource utilization. * Monitor execution of work in the area, observing the production process throughout its development until final product completion, to ensure adherence to stages outlined in production schedules. * Guide personnel under your responsibility regarding factors related to machine and equipment maintenance, specifying standard cleaning and maintenance procedures to ensure proper usage and preservation of equipment. * Set production area goals and motivate staff to achieve results aligned with company objectives. * Monitor compliance by team members with company-established safety, hygiene, disciplinary, or other applicable regulations through meetings, delivering training sessions, or using other communication methods to ensure regulatory compliance, safe working conditions, and workplace motivation. * Evaluate performance of personnel in your area by reviewing and assessing their professional output and attitudes toward company regulatory requirements, to make or propose personnel-related decisions such as selection, training, promotion, transfer, dismissal, or disciplinary measures. **To succeed in this position, it is important to have:** * Completed High School diploma. * Technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related fields is desirable. * Extensive experience in the metal-mechanical sector. **What We Offer** We offer a dynamic work environment that values innovation and fosters development.
