We currently have an open opportunity for an Operations Assistant to work at our Operational Service Base (OSB) in an environment that values security, organization, and teamwork. We rely on integrated teams supported by leadership, focused on maintaining an organized, safe, and respectful workplace. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide courteous user support on the highway, delivering guidance and information regarding the concessionaire’s services and available contact channels. * Support the registration and forwarding of user feedback (compliments, suggestions, and complaints) according to internal procedures. * Perform cleaning, hygiene, organization, and maintenance of the Operational Service Base (OSB), including internal areas, reception, user-accessible facilities, and restrooms—ensuring appropriate hygiene conditions, timely supply replenishment, and safe usage. * Monitor OSB and restroom conditions throughout the shift, reporting maintenance needs or irregularities. * Support basic operational controls and records for the base, as directed by the relevant department. * Distribute informational materials and assist with the concessionaire’s educational campaigns. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school education * Prior experience in customer service or operational activities * Availability to work in a highway operational environment * **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Strong communication skills and ability to resolve user-related issues; * Experience in highway concessions, toll operations, operational bases, or user services **Additional Information** * Unimed Seguros Health Plan **\-** Employee; * MetLife Dental Plan \- Employee; * Life Insurance; * Private Pension Plan; * Alelo Meal or Food Allowance.
