Logistics Assistant

Description

We are looking for a Logistics Assistant to join our team. The professional will be responsible for executing and supporting operational routines in the logistics area, ensuring accurate registration and tracking of information, as well as supporting order, pickup, and delivery operations, thereby contributing to process organization, on-time delivery, and service quality. Customer Service * Support customer service by providing basic information regarding orders, pickups, and deliveries; * Record requests and incidents in the system; * Route requests to responsible parties when necessary; * Support the team in maintaining agile and organized customer service. Logistics Cost Control * Enter and update data in control spreadsheets; * Support the organization of information related to logistics costs; * Assist in verifying operational data. Support in Carrier Management * Support operational communication with drivers and carriers; * Assist in sending pickup and delivery information; * Update tracking controls for logistics partners. Logistics Operations Monitoring * Perform basic monitoring of orders, pickups, and deliveries; * Update statuses in systems and spreadsheets; * Record operational incidents (RACs) as instructed; * Support identifying delays and inform leadership. KPIs and Reports * Collect operational data for updating controls; * Support populating simple reports; * Organize information for departmental monitoring. Continuous Improvement * Support organizing processes and routines; * Suggest simple improvements based on daily activities. Team Integration and Support * Support administrative and operational activities within the department; * Collaborate with the team on daily tasks; * Participate in training sessions and learning routines. Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education)
