Work on the development and monitoring of engineering projects focused on sanitation, with emphasis on technical and strategic analysis, solution development, and process optimization. Play an active role in bridging technical studies and the company’s business plan, contributing analytical, problem-solving, and collaborative insight to strengthen operations.**Job Description**
**Functions and Responsibilities:**
* Analyze projects developed by third parties and propose improvements.
* Map, together with operational units, all tasks required to ensure and enhance concession performance.
* Monitor construction execution according to physical and financial schedules.
* Produce technical drawings of components, products, installations, or buildings using specialized software.
* Participate in technical meetings with multidisciplinary teams to collect data and information necessary for projects.
* Organize, contract, control, and monitor contracts with outsourced design firms.
* Support standardization of projects, organization of technical documentation, and use of electronic document management platforms.
* Collaborate integrally with multidisciplinary engineering and business unit teams.
* Verify and measure activities carried out on construction sites.
* Estimate and control construction costs based on monthly measurements.
* Provide technical support for construction project management.
* Perform verification and validation of monthly measurements in accordance with contracted Measurement Bulletins (MB).
* Validate Daily Service Reports (DSR), ensuring consistency among activities, compliance with QSSMA procedures, measurements, physical and financial progress, and contractual balances.
**Candidate Requirements**
**Personal Requirements:**
* Technical or undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
* Prior experience with AutoCAD, Hydraulic Modeling, and Construction Planning is desirable. Experience in sanitation will be considered a differentiator.
* Driver’s License Category B
**Technical Competencies:**
* Knowledge of technical registration and georeferencing systems
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings;
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings;
* Proficiency in technical drawing software such as AutoCAD 2D/3D, SolidWorks, Revit, among others;
* Knowledge and application of the SANEPAR Sanitation Project Manual – MPS;
* Knowledge and application of the SANEPAR Hydrosanitary Project Manual – MPHS;
* Familiarity with applicable technical standards (ABNT, ISO or similar);
* Knowledge of public-sector-based construction cost composition;
* Stay updated on technological trends and innovations within one’s field of expertise and departmental needs.
* Proficiency in GIS software (QGIS, ArcGIS)

**Education**

* Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
* Preferred: Postgraduate degree or specialization in sanitation, hydraulics, geoprocessing, or construction management will be considered a differentiator.
