A welcoming and motivating learning environment **Position: Educator – Rio Escuro\- Ubatuba/SP** **Alicerce Educação** \| Entrepreneurial Manicurist Training Program * Education, vocational training, and female empowerment * **Do you believe education is a tool for social transformation?** * **Are you interested in working with adult women in a purpose-driven project with tangible impact?** **Then this position may be right for you!** Alicerce Educação currently has an open position for an Educator to join the "Manicores: Coloring Futures!" project — an initiative that provides training, personal development, and professional qualification for women, strengthening their autonomy and income-generating opportunities. \- This position is open to both Leaders (educators-in-training) and Guides (fully trained and experienced classroom educators). Hourly rates vary depending on profile. * **Main Responsibilities** \- Deliver in-person vocational training classes following Alicerce Educação’s methodology; \- Create a welcoming, respectful, and motivating learning environment; \- Encourage student participation, attendance, and engagement; \- Document classes through captivating photos and videos capturing learning moments, interactions, and transformations, supporting project communication and outreach; \- Maintain close, collaborative communication with the pedagogical and coordination teams. * **We Are Looking For Candidates Who** \- Have genuine interest in education and social impact; \- Possess strong communication skills, accessible teaching methods, and organizational ability; \- Demonstrate responsibility and commitment to students’ development; \- Are available for in-person participation in the project. * **Location:** \- Rua Avestruz, without number, Rio Escuro neighborhood Catholic Church — Divino Espirito Santo Community * **Possible Profiles** **Leader** \- Students or professionals at the beginning of their education career; \- Interest in developing classroom practice with pedagogical mentoring. **Guide** \- Completed formal education training and prior classroom experience; \- Greater pedagogical autonomy and class leadership responsibilities. * **Desirable (but not mandatory) Qualifications** \- Experience in youth and adult education; \- Involvement in social or community-based projects; \- Affinity with topics such as beauty, self-care, entrepreneurship, or personal development; * **Remuneration per hour worked:** * GUIDE: R$ 37.20 * LEADER: R$ 18.60 * **Workload: 3 hours per week** Employment Regime: MEI (Individual Microentrepreneur) Interested?
