Promotion of rights and women's empowerment A nonprofit organization operating in the textile sector is seeking a Social Worker for its center in Potim. **Responsibilities:** Providing social services to artisans, CLT employees, and their families, focusing on guidance, reception, qualified listening, and socio-assistance referrals. Home visits, when necessary, for follow-up and assessment of social and family conditions. Preparation of social reports, technical opinions, and case studies, ensuring technical quality and alignment with institutional needs. Social follow-up of women participating in OrientaVida projects, identifying vulnerabilities and promoting access to social rights. Coordination with the socio-assistance network, public agencies, health and education services, and other institutions for referrals and strengthening of social follow-up. Participation in the organization's social projects, contributing to actions promoting rights, social development, and women's empowerment. Development of content for institutional media and campaigns, when required, based on social experience and the organization's mission. Collaboration with internal teams (administrative, legal, pedagogical, production, and other departments), ensuring alignment in actions and responses to social needs. Flexibility to travel to other cities when requested by the institution.
