Development of KPIs and managerial reports The company seeks an Occupational Safety Technician based in São Paulo. **Responsibilities:** Strategically engage in occupational health and safety with a corporate vision and standardized processes. Coordinate and technically review Risk Assessment Reports (PGRs), procedures, and Occupational Health and Safety (SST) policies. Conduct internal and external audits focused on compliance. Develop KPIs and managerial reports. Define corporate health and safety guidelines. Perform complex risk analysis and implement controls. Collaborate with departments such as HR, Legal, Operations, and Engineering, providing support during inspections and audits. Structure third-party management programs, safety culture initiatives, and psychosocial risk management. Mentor junior and mid-level professionals and participate in continuous improvement projects. Previous experience as an Occupational Safety Engineer, Occupational Safety Analyst, Occupational Safety Coordinator, or Occupational Safety Consultant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
