Supervise and manage sales, cash handling, inventory, tax-related matters, and HR/DP support. Guide, train, and develop the sales team to achieve high commercial performance. Monitor metrics such as revenue, average transaction value, conversion rate, and add-on sales, driving continuous performance improvement. Ensure consistent service standards, store organization, and disciplined, goal-focused team leadership. Previous experience as Sales Manager, Store Supervisor, Sales Coordinator, or Sales Team Leader may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. High school diploma required.
