We seek organized, analytical professionals with strong negotiation skills to join our team and contribute strategically to the organization's procurement and purchasing processes. **Key responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Execute procurement processes for materials, services, and supplies; * Negotiate with national and international suppliers; * Develop and qualify new suppliers; * Request and analyze quotations, ensuring optimal cost\-benefit; * Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery deadlines; * Manage contracts, documents, and departmental KPIs; * Collaborate with internal departments to align requirements; * Monitor logistics and administrative processes related to procurement; * Prepare reports, analyses, and system-based controls in ERP; * Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement. **Requirements** -------------- * Prior experience in procurement or supply chain; * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency; * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; * Analytical, organized, and negotiation-oriented profile; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Willingness to work on-site in São Paulo – SP. ### **Preferred qualifications** * Experience in multinational companies; * ERP system knowledge; * Experience with international procurement; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate Spanish proficiency. **Behavioral competencies** -------------------------------- * Organization and attention to detail; * Analytical ability; * Negotiation and interpersonal relationship skills; * Priority management and deadline adherence; * Proactivity and dynamism; * Teamwork; * Results orientation and continuous improvement.
