




Job Summary: Professional to assist in HR processes, manage work schedules, train teams, and perform operational management and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous improvement of processes and tools * Assist Recruitment, Personnel Administration (DP), and HR departments in onboarding, integration, and offboarding processes. * Manage and administer work schedules, vacation planning, time tracking, and conflict resolution. * Supervise, train, and develop employee activities to achieve defined objectives. * Stay updated on operational procedures and act as a knowledge multiplier and disseminator of new procedures within the team. * Train the team on follow-up of travel information and status in alignment with customer requirements. * Keep coordinators informed through daily reports and operational follow-ups and issue handling. * Report any anomalies to the IT team and suggest platform usage improvements aligned with customer needs. * Provide operational customer service, resolving daily issues in alignment with customer requirements. * Participate in weekly and monthly meetings with the customer and their respective departments. * Create and maintain tools for operational follow-up and travel status tracking. * Register, maintain, and adjust pickup points, delivery points, vehicles, and drivers.
