Requirements Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fieldsPostgraduate degree or MBA in People Management, Leadership, or related fields (preferred)Solid experience as an HR manager in the agribusiness sector or in companies with field operationsKnowledge of labor legislation and labor compliance normsProficiency in core HR subsystems (generalist)Experience managing HR teams and collaborating with senior leadershipWillingness to reside in Luís Eduardo Magalhães – BA **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree
