**Description:**
The Human Resources Analyst with a focus on electronic timekeeping management will be responsible for administering, monitoring, and ensuring the correct use of employee working hours tracking systems. This role serves as the liaison between the HR department, managers, and employees, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and the company’s internal policies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Administer the electronic timekeeping system, ensuring accurate recording of entry, exit, breaks, and overtime hours.
* Ensure that working hours controls comply with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT) and other applicable legislation.
* Prepare periodic reports on attendance, absenteeism, hour banks, and overtime to support management decisions.
* Guide employees on questions related to time registration and correct inconsistencies.
* Ensure that working hours data is correctly integrated into the payroll system.
* Conduct periodic reviews to identify errors or irregularities in time records.
**Requirements:**
* **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields.
* **Experience**: Prior experience in electronic timekeeping management and working hours control systems.
* **Legal knowledge**: In-depth understanding of labor legislation, especially regulations concerning working hours.
* **Technology**: Familiarity with electronic timekeeping software and its integration with payroll systems.
* **Skills**: Strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical ability.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00
