Development of controls, KPIs, and managerial reports **Main Responsibilities:** * Administer and manage company benefits (enrollments, terminations, and modifications); * Conduct billing reconciliation and cost control; * Serve as the single point of contact among employees, suppliers, and service providers; * Provide employee support to address inquiries; * Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation; * Develop controls, KPIs, and managerial reports; * Support negotiations and management of benefits contracts. **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields; * Experience in HR; * Experience in benefits is a plus; Compensation: R$3.000,00 \- R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Company-provided mobile phone * Food basket * Free parking * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
