This professional will play a key role in **process standardization**, **ensuring tax compliance**, and **providing consultative client service**, directly contributing to service quality, business results, and sustainable firm growth. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Management and monitoring of the client portfolio * Coordination, guidance, and development of the accounting team * Review and standardization of accounting and tax processes * Ensuring tax compliance and fulfillment of legal obligations * Strategic support for tax, accounting, and managerial decisions * Consultative client service focused on quality and value creation * Analysis of departmental KPIs, deadlines, and performance results ### **Requirements** * Degree in **Accounting Sciences** (with active CRC registration or in process) * Prior experience in an **accounting firm** * Experience managing teams and client portfolios * Knowledge of tax and accounting legislation * Analytical, organized profile with strategic vision Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Desired Education: *Accounting Sciences, Bachelor's Degree
