Performance monitoring (sales, conversion rate, average order value) We are seeking a professional to manage the technical and operational aspects of E\-commerce, ensuring platform stability, implementation of digital strategies, and performance optimization (sales, conversion, and operations). **Main Responsibilities:** * Full management of E\-commerce operations (platform, products, and campaigns) * Catalog administration (product listing, SKU, descriptions, and images) * Performance monitoring (sales, conversion rate, average order value) * Price, margin, and competitive analysis * Interface with ERP (LINX) and system integrations * Planning and execution of digital campaigns * Order tracking, freight management, and logistics operations **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree * Proven experience in E\-commerce management * Intermediate Excel skills (data analysis) * Experience with E-commerce platforms (Rakuten is a plus) * Experience with ERP systems (LINX is a plus) * Knowledge of product listing, SKU, and catalog management * Basic knowledge of graphic tools (Corel/Photoshop) * Intermediate English * Brazilian driver's license (Category B) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience integrating E\-commerce with ERP * Knowledge of digital KPIs (conversion rate, CAC, average order value) * Experience with digital media and online campaigns * Experience with digital customer service / support **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance \+ Meal allowance (R$ 36/day) * Medical and dental insurance * Discounts for universities and language schools * Partnerships with SESC and SENAC * Birthday day off * TotalPass Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate degree * Transportation allowance (VT) * Meal allowance (VR) * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * SESC and SENAC partnerships * TotalPass * Birthday day off
