**Job Description** We are seeking a **Human Resources Assistant**, focused on **Recruitment & Selection and Personnel Department**, to strategically attract and select talent, contributing to the growth and strengthening of our team. The professional will be responsible for managing end-to-end selection processes, supporting onboarding and offboarding activities, integrating new employees, and monitoring working hours—ensuring a positive experience for candidates and employees aligned with the company’s culture and values. **Responsibilities** * Manage end-to-end selection processes (job posting, screening, interviews, and alignment with managers); * Support documentation and procedures related to hiring and termination; * Conduct onboarding for new employees; * Assist in monitoring employees’ working hours; * Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire selection process; * Support HR and Personnel Department administrative tasks. **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in Recruitment & Selection (in-person and/or online) and Personnel Department; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Empathy, organizational ability, and capacity to analyze candidate profiles. **Benefits** * Meal Voucher (iFood Card); * Free iFood Club; * Starbem: 4 free monthly consultations (2 with a psychologist, 1 with a nutritionist or specialist, and 1 with a nutritionist); * Gympass (discounts at gyms); * Intermédica Health Plan (50% covered by the company); * Free dental plan; * Life insurance. **Working Hours** Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Compensation: R$2\.245,20 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Education: * Completed undergraduate degree (Preferred) Experience: * Recruitment & Selection (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
