We have an opening for you to become a **Select High Clients Specialist**, where you will be hired as a Specialist — the primary subject-matter expert in your area. **Your Role Here Will Be:** Responsible for managing consolidated client portfolios within the Select universe, delivering hybrid service and comprehensive financial advisory with a focus on profitability, relationship building, and client retention. **Key Responsibilities** • Deliver consultative service, alternating between digital and in-person channels as needed; • Conduct personalized financial planning, advising clients on portfolio options; • Develop upgrade opportunities to Select Ultra High; • Identify opportunities for client upgrades and growth in results. **Behavioral and Technical Competencies** • Strong analytical capability and financial recommendation skills; • Proficiency in negotiation and active listening; • Close engagement in portfolio management; • Ability to build long-term relationships; • Investment acumen. **Education/Certifications** • CPA 20 (mandatory); • Completed undergraduate degree; • Technical knowledge in credit, investments, and financial planning.
