We believe in fairness and choose to be honest, transparent, and authentic in everything we do. **Key Responsibilities:** * Negotiate with customers based on component and equipment cost information, as well as equipment specification via the selection program * Provide technical consultation and guidance on product and equipment installation and maintenance, including delivering training and feedback to customers * Conduct engineering studies related to product and equipment application, and maintain a routine of site visits to customers with dedicated support * Develop new customers by assisting and responding to their inquiries, evaluating processes, and gathering information to interpret and anticipate customers’ business needs * **Safety first**: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero-accident behaviors in support of our effort to develop a world-class safety culture **Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mining; Mechanical; or related field) * Relevant experience for the role, with exposure to mining and aggregates sectors * Technical proficiency and applied engineering knowledge of products, aligned with current market trends * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with Salesforce and SAP is desirable * Advanced English proficiency is preferred * **Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites** Founded in 1871, the Weir Group is a technology leader in mining, committed to making mineral operations more sustainable, intelligent, and efficient.
