We value a human-centered, inclusive, and empathetic environment, and one of your key missions will be safeguarding our culture. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Support the Operations Manager in managing supplier contracts to ensure timely deliveries and payments; * Daily monitoring of condominium expenses, including preparation of reports and spreadsheets; Identify areas for improvement within the organization and contribute to innovation in * operational processes * Manage inventory and request supplies for the Facilities department; * Assist with the maintenance control system; * Collaborate across departments to ensure compliance with and implementation of company policies. * Support execution of processes outlined in the Operations Handbook, under the Excellence Program; * Monitor and report discrepancies related to construction projects and unit infrastructure; * Compile information for analysis of Operations department KPIs Requirements: **Education** * Bachelor's degree — Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering / Architecture * Required Technical Skills: Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite **Desirable** * Familiarity with maintenance management software; * Experience in shopping centers Benefits * Market-competitive salary; * Transportation allowance; * Health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Meal allowance; * Birthday day off; * Welhub health and wellness platform; * Corporate University **Sá Cavalcante**, growing toward the future, delivering excellence to those who walk alongside us.
