Job Summary:
A professional responsible for guiding, defining requirements, performing, and preparing ultrasonic evaluation reports, as well as training inspectors and proposing technical improvements, ensuring product quality.

Ultrasonographer N2 \- Project V163
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Provide technical guidance on proper calibration/verification of ultrasonic equipment according to items described in procedures, ensuring correct execution of ultrasonic inspection in compliance with applicable criteria and/or standards.
* Define scanning requirements and image or record collection via ultrasonic testing according to items required in current procedures, aiming at correct execution of ultrasonic inspection in compliance with applicable criteria and/or standards.
* Perform ultrasonic evaluation processes according to items required in current procedures, aiming at correct execution of ultrasonic inspection in compliance with applicable criteria and/or standards.
* Provide technical guidance to trainee inspectors when questions arise, supporting team qualification.
* Prepare conformity records and reports based on performed ultrasonic evaluations, ensuring appropriate handling of non-conforming items and guaranteeing delivered product quality.
* Propose technical improvements regarding ultrasonic technique development and refinement, aiming at delivering high-quality products to customers at the lowest feasible cost.
* Issue non-conformity reports and records using Aeris-defined methodology and Softexpert software, ensuring traceability and alignment with the quality management system.
* Carry out and implement improvements related to area maintenance and cleaning—including equipment and machinery—to ensure compliance with 5S principles and proper application during evaluations.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:**
* Technical Education: Electrical Technician, Electromechanical Technician, Electronics Technician, Electrotechnical Technician, Hydraulic Technician, Mechanical Technician, Metallurgical Technician, or Ultrasonic Technician;
* Intermediate English;
* Microsoft Office Suite;
* Metrology;
* Quality tools;
* Industrial Ultrasonic Certification N2 (minimum 840 hours).
**Desirable:**
* Basic knowledge of technical drawings;
* NR33 and NR35\.
