Join us!** ### **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as the specialist responsible for supporting, administering, and evolving Romanha's ERP Protheus/TOTVS environment. * Develop, maintain, and implement customizations using ADVPL, ensuring alignment with business needs. * Perform parameterization, configuration, and continuous improvements across ERP modules. * Analyze, develop, and support integrations between ERP Protheus and internal/external systems. * Provide technical and functional support to key users and business areas, ensuring operational stability. * Identify, analyze, and resolve system incidents, problems, and opportunities for improvement. * Participate in ERP implementation, upgrade, migration, rollout, and technological evolution projects. * Gather requirements from corporate departments, translating business needs into systemic solutions. * Monitor environment health, performance, availability, and application integrity. * Support governance processes, technical documentation, and standardization of developed solutions. * Collaborate closely with departments such as logistics, finance, tax, procurement, sales, and operations. ### **Required Technical Profile** * Solid experience with ERP Protheus/TOTVS. * Strong expertise in ADVPL development. * Experience in supporting, maintaining, and administering Protheus environments. * Hands-on experience developing customizations, entry points, and source code maintenance. * Experience with integrations via APIs, REST/SOAP Web Services, and file exchange. * Knowledge of SQL databases (SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL). * Experience in troubleshooting, log analysis, and incident resolution. * Familiarity with Protheus ecosystem business rules and parameterization. * Experience working in medium-to-large-scale corporate environments. * Ability to operate both technically and functionally alongside business areas. ### **Desired Technical Profile** * Knowledge of Protheus MVC framework. * Experience with TDS, APSDU, Configurator, and other TOTVS tools. * Exposure to industrial, distribution, inventory, and logistics processes. * Experience with financial, tax, procurement, billing, and controller modules. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives and process automation. * TOTVS certifications will be considered a strong advantage. * Knowledge of Protheus application architecture and infrastructure. ### **Behavioral Profile** * Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving orientation. * Ability to bridge technical and business domains. * Clear communication and consultative approach. * Strong sense of responsibility and autonomy. * Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent demands. * Adaptability to dynamic, continuously evolving environments. * Collaborative attitude and team-oriented mindset. * Commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization. * Proactive, ownership-driven attitude. * Flexibility and adaptability when facing business challenges. **What We Offer** * Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Childcare Assistance; * Maternity and Paternity Leave; * Wellhub; * OnHappy; * Sesc; * Flexible Working Hours.
