We are seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist focused on procuring industrial maintenance services. This position plays a key role in structuring and drafting service contracts, ensuring standardization, compliance, competitiveness, and support for industrial operations.
Work Location: On-site at the São Paulo (SP) office.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Lead procurement processes for industrial maintenance services (preventive, corrective, and predictive), in accordance with company policies and procedures;
* Structure, negotiate, and formalize service agreements, including scope definition, SLAs, timelines, commercial terms, and price adjustment criteria;
* Support the development and consolidation of corporate contracts and/or umbrella contracts to achieve economies of scale, standardization, and operational efficiency;
* Conduct quotation processes, technical and commercial analysis, and negotiations with specialized suppliers;
* Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations departments to accurately understand technical requirements and scopes;
* Monitor contract validity periods and support renewals, amendments, and contractual adjustments as needed;
* Monitor performance of contracted suppliers, supporting SLA tracking and quality and cost indicators;
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, cost reduction, and mitigation of contractual risks;
* Ensure compliance with internal standards, applicable legal requirements, and safety regulations governing service procurement.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree completed;
Experience in the Supply Chain area, with focus on service procurement, preferably industrial maintenance;
Knowledge of service contract structuring and management;
Experience in commercial negotiation and analysis of technical and financial proposals;
Strong organizational skills, critical analytical ability, and effective interpersonal communication with technical teams and suppliers.
