The **Alfa Laser** is hiring a **Production Leader** to coordinate operational activities and ensure quality, safety, productivity, and organization within the department. **Key Responsibilities** * Comply with and ensure adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS). * Use and maintain PPE, ensuring compliance with safety standards. * Plan and control inputs, raw materials, and purchase requests. * Schedule production, assign tasks, and monitor team performance. * Conduct inspections, measurements, analysis, and resolution of non-conformities. * Receive, identify, and organize materials and inventory. * Coordinate preventive/corrective maintenance of machines and equipment. * Participate in internal/external audits and promote departmental organization. * Support recommendations regarding hiring, leave scheduling, and team development. * Collaborate with other departments for continuous improvement. **Requirements** * **Minimum Education:** High School Diploma * **Preferred:** Technical Degree in Industrial Production Management * **Experience:** 5 years at Alfa Laser * **Knowledge:** Production processes, metrology, technical drawing, Driver's License + forklift operator training, Doc.06 trainings * **Skills:** Leadership, teamwork, initiative, attention to detail, conflict resolution, and effective communication.
