We are looking for a professional to work as a **CNC Lathe Operator**, responsible for operating and monitoring machining processes on CNC lathes. We seek someone with technical precision, a focus on quality, and experience in an industrial environment. **Responsibilities:** * Operate CNC lathes according to production orders. * Perform machine setup, tool changes, and tool adjustments. * Interpret technical drawings and 3D models. * Adjust tools, correct measurements, and improve the process. * Conduct dimensional inspection of produced parts using measuring instruments. * Ensure quality, productivity, and compliance of produced parts. * Maintain machine organization, cleanliness, and basic maintenance. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a CNC lathe operator. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Proficiency in using measuring instruments (caliper, micrometer, dial indicator). * Problem-solving ability and capacity to make process adjustments. * Availability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
