Operational Analyst

Description

We are supporting a digital visual solutions company in searching for an **Operational Analyst.** **Responsibilities:** * Plan, control, and analyze LED panel installation and maintenance operations, ensuring demand organization, service execution efficiency, and support to field teams; * Monitor operational performance indicators; * Manage service orders; * Support asset management and contribute to continuous process improvement, reducing failures, rework, and optimizing resources; * Other duties relevant to the role. **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Administration, Engineering, Industrial Production, Technology, Processes, or related fields); * Experience in operational areas, technical support, or operations control; * Experience with field operations (maintenance/installation); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially intermediate/advanced Excel); * Service order and ticket management; * Basic knowledge of LED panel installation and maintenance; * Basic ability to read technical reports; * Familiarity with ticketing and asset management systems (GLPI or similar); * Understanding of operational indicators (KPIs and SLAs); * Knowledge of Totvs systems is a plus. **Position Details:** * **Employment Type:** CLT — Permanent * **Gross Salary:** R$ 3.000,00 * **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance (VT) / Meal Allowance (VR: R$ 32.00/day) / Life Insurance / Medical Assistance (50%) / Profit Sharing (PLR) * **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week Compensation: R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you have easy access to the Alto do Pari neighborhood?
