Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Electromechanical Technician with experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, including diagnostics, functional testing, and component replacement, involving heavy physical labor and frequent travel. Development of diagnostics and functional testing We seek an Electromechanical Technician with solid field service experience to perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment at our clients’ sites. The professional will be based at our office in São Paulo (SP), with frequent travel required to deliver services. This is an operational, "hands-on" position. Daily responsibilities involve heavy physical labor on the factory floor, direct contact with machinery, grease, and dust. Key Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems directly at client facilities. Conduct diagnostics, functional testing, component replacement, and equipment lubrication. * Adhere to frequent travel schedules (average duration of 7 to 14 days per trip). * Prepare detailed technical reports upon completion of each service call. * Working hours: 44 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, with possible overtime when service necessity is duly justified. Mandatory Requirements: * Completed Technical Education (Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields). * Proven prior experience working as a field technician and/or performing industrial equipment maintenance. * English (intermediate level) * Non-negotiable availability for frequent domestic and international travel. * Execution-oriented profile: Willingness and readiness for hands-on physical work in the field. Preferred Qualifications: * Spanish language knowledge. * Valid driver’s license. Compensation: R$3\.400,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * This position requires continuous absences from São Paulo for periods of 7 to 14 days.
