Waste Processing Operator/Energy Recovery Unit

Description

• Operate and control machines and equipment in the solid waste processing line according to technical specifications and work orders, verifying supply levels, visual product quality, production capacity, and adjusting for any irregularities; • Monitor manual sorting activities of solid waste in the waste processing line; • Control inventory of supplies designated for operational activities and request material procurement to maintain minimum stock levels consistent with operational demands; • Receive, monitor unloading, and store supplies designated for operation of sorting, processing, and energy recovery processes for urban solid waste in appropriate locations; • Monitor, record, and report completed production, as well as any discrepancies occurring in processes and equipment, to the immediate supervisor; • Ensure proper functioning of equipment and production process efficiency for CBSI; • Perform physical or digital recording of operational data and irregularities as per operational planning; • Identify, record, and report maintenance needs for machines, equipment, and control panels to the immediate supervisor; • Monitor and assist maintenance teams in performing maintenance on machines, equipment, and control panels; • Control usage of equipment and tools and request necessary replacements to ensure continuity of process operations; • Conduct photographic documentation of operation and maintenance activities; • Train and guide production assistants in area activities and processes; • Maintain a clean and organized workplace; • Keep the immediate supervisor informed of area incidents; • Ensure correct operation, maintenance, and preservation of equipment, structures, and tools, as well as corporate brand and image; Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) Willingness to relocate * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Life Insurance * Day Off * Basic Food Basket * Medical Plan
