With over three decades of history, this family-owned company employs approximately 250 people across four strategic regions in Brazil: Rio Verde (GO), Barra do Garças (MT), Lucas do Rio Verde (MT), and São Paulo (SP). We are seeking a **Warehouse Supervisor** for our unit in **Rio Verde \| GO** Responsibilities: * Plan, execute, and manage all warehouse operation and maintenance processes * Coordinate routine activities: grain receipt, unloading, drying, storage, classification/standardization, verification, and dispatch * Maintain cleanliness and organization of internal and external warehouse areas * Perform pest and insect control for stored grains, including handling and application of specific products * Operate warehouse machinery and equipment, including tractors * Plan preventive and corrective maintenance for equipment and required supplies * Manage the team of employees, promoting motivation, safety, and operational effectiveness * Monitor overall warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulations and standards * Liaise with suppliers and service providers, prepare quotations, and follow up on negotiations Technical Requirements: * Proven experience in grain receipt, drying, storage, preservation, and dispatch operations * Knowledge of maintenance for warehouse machinery and equipment * Training for confined space and height work * Proficiency in operating tractors and other agricultural equipment Behavioral Requirements: * Leadership and people management skills * Teamwork, with focus on motivating employees * Composure and professionalism when handling work-related matters * Commitment to company policies and regulations * Organization, proactivity, and responsibility in performing tasks Minimum Education: Technical Course Driver's License: D, B, A Willingness to relocate
