DVZ is hiring – Toolmaker Positions available for Shifts B and C Shift B: 1:40 PM to 10:00 PM Shift C: 9:40 PM to 6:00 AM Salary range: up to R$ 5\.600,00 Key responsibilities: * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on molds and tooling; * Build, adjust, and repair parts/tools; * Carry out cleaning and preservation of tooling; * Identify defects and wear, and perform repairs on molds, dies, and fixtures; * Develop and implement modifications upon leadership approval; * Conduct dimensional control using measuring instruments; * Operate machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, among others; * Build injection and/or extrusion molds; * Perform mold closing adjustments to eliminate flash; * Monitor functionality and performance of tooling in the production process. Requirements: * Experience as a Toolmaker; * Knowledge of plastic molds; * Knowledge of preventive and corrective mold maintenance; * Experience in machining and operating machine tools; * Availability to work the shifts indicated.
