We seek a Senior Technical Support Technician to work in Jaraguá do Sul, resolving customer-reported issues while ensuring technical service quality and, consequently, customer satisfaction regarding support. **Your Responsibilities:** Perform internal equipment adjustments and tests for validation. Prepare machines and equipment for customer installation. Disassemble and assemble mechanical and pneumatic components. Interpret mechanical drawings and pneumatic schematics. Disassemble assemblies and subassemblies. Diagnose machines or equipment on-site with customers. Resolve issues at the customer site when possible, including component replacement. Replace and assemble components at the customer site. Prepare technical reports, maintenance forms, and related documentation. Provide technical support to internal teams. **Requirements:** Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. **Skills:** Strong communication skills. Teamwork orientation. Ownership mindset. Active listening. Logical reasoning. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in automation. CREO Parametric and advanced Excel.
