




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for negotiation, commercialization of telecommunications products and banking correspondent services, customer prospecting, and training. Key Highlights: 1. Negotiation and commercialization of products and services. 2. Prospecting new customers and training on POS terminals. 3. Inventory management, collections, and commercial routines. RedeFlex is a company operating in the telecommunications sector, providing recharge machines, debit and credit solutions, and acting as a banking correspondent. **Responsibilities:** Negotiate and commercialize products through client visits to supply the market and achieve established targets; Collect payments as agreed upon and pay bank slips; Assess the client’s physical inventory by on-site counting to analyze turnover and propose sales; Create sales orders via smartphone for registration in the management system; Promote points of sale using merchandising materials to advertise operators’ products, offers, and promotions; Prospect new customers through visits for product commercialization; Train clients on POS terminal operation and demonstrate its usage; Provide daily activity reports, inventory reconciliation, collections, expenses, and other related information. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; **Prior experience in the Acquiring Market is desirable**; Experience in: customer service, sales, and commercial routines; Proficiency in computer applications and software; Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and availability for travel; Proactive, communicative, and results-oriented profile; **Benefits:** Commissions (NO CEILING); Guaranteed variable compensation for the first 03 months; Health insurance; Dental insurance; Meal allowance; Fuel allowance; Vehicle rental; Life insurance; Internal training programs. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday – Business hours (with a 01-hour lunch break). **Join RedeFlex!**
