**Position:** LEAD RECEPTIONIST / CENTRAL RECEPTION \- JB / UNIICA BOM RETIRO
**Schedule:** 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM, 220 hours/month
**Requirements:** Proof of education.
**\*Mandatory Vaccinations:\*** Hepatitis B (3 doses); Adult Diphtheria-Tetanus vaccine (3 doses); Measles-Mumps-Rubella vaccine (2 doses); COVID-19 (3 doses).
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide in-person and telephone reception services to patients, companions, and visitors according to institutional protocols;
* Register, update data, and process admissions/consultations in the system;
* Maintain communication with clinical teams and support departments;
* Record information and maintain organization of the reception area;
* Ensure confidentiality and privacy of information.
* Supervise and guide the reception team regarding compliance with routines, workflows, and institutional protocols;
* Monitor and track authorization forms with health insurance providers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established deadlines;
* Identify inconsistencies in authorization forms and, when necessary, contact the health plan operator (OPS) for validation, correction, and alignment of information;
* Be responsible for submitting authorization forms and related documents to the Authorization Forms Center, following institutional workflows;
* Monitor and manage pending issues related to authorizations, releases, and extensions of authorization forms;
* Organize, control, and keep departmental documents up to date, ensuring traceability and easy access to information;
* Support administrative coordination in departmental routines by providing information, reports, and operational assistance;
* Assist in task distribution and monitoring of team activities to ensure smooth service delivery;
* Serve as a support point for resolving incidents at reception, promoting agility and quality in service;
* Ensure compliance with internal administrative procedures, contributing to departmental organization and efficiency; • Complete and/or supervise completion of institutional forms, logs, and records;
* Collaborate in onboarding and orientation of new reception staff;
* Perform other administrative and operational duties inherent to the department, as directed by coordination.
Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education)
