Production Supervisor

Description

Guide and monitor the activities of the plastic injection department, ensuring achievement of production targets, quality standards, established deadlines, and good safety practices. Supervise and distribute tasks among injection machine operators. Ensure adherence to the production plan, optimizing resources and reducing waste. Monitor process parameters to ensure the quality of produced parts. Conduct inspections in the department to ensure organization, cleanliness, and appropriate working conditions. Train and guide the team on operational and safety procedures. Job Requirements Technical education in Plastics Experience in plastic injection processes. Knowledge of injection machine adjustment and interpretation of technical specifications. Leadership experience is desirable. Support resolution of technical issues related to the injection process. Prepare production reports and communicate information to management. Responsibilities Ensure productive efficiency in the injection department.
