Development of continuous improvement projects in production **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree completed in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Production Management, Technologist in Managerial Processes, or related fields; Experience in industrial team leadership, production process control, and performance indicator management with a focus on results analysis; Master's degree in progress is desirable; Practical experience in industrial production; Knowledge of maintenance; Knowledge of production planning; Chemical products knowledge is desirable. **Responsibilities:** Supervise the work team by monitoring execution of filling, labeling, packaging, and raw material and accessory supply activities for production; provide technical guidance; identify development opportunities; propose training; evaluate team performance outcomes; schedule vacation shifts; assess absences; and other tasks—all aimed at building a high-performance professional team to achieve organizational objectives. Monitor departmental performance indicators (KPIs), such as number of production orders received vs. fulfilled, adherence to production schedule, setup downtime, loss index, and productivity, among others—to provide immediate supervisors with decision-support information and to present indicators to senior company management. Develop and monitor daily and weekly production plans together with the Production Planning and Control (PPC) team, based on historical data and product order forecasts, aiming to minimize risks of machine stoppages in the factory. Receive and distribute production orders (POs) to the work team according to machine availability and production priorities, ensuring on-time delivery. Request corrective maintenance from the maintenance team for factory machines and equipment, proactively signaling potential failures to support smooth production flow. Develop production improvement projects based on studies and analysis of the production process flow, aiming to optimize company resources, product quality, and process efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor raw material availability in the system by analyzing chemical product and accessory stock levels, signaling procurement needs to PPC to prevent production stoppages and ensure inventory supply. Update the daily production report, documenting production stoppages, daily output, absences, overtime hours, analyzing situations, and developing action plans.
