Process Technician (ISBM)

Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring the performance of mold machines, identifying and correcting faults, performing setups, ensuring production quality, and guiding the team. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and maintenance of mold machines and injection blow machines 2. Performing mold setups and process correction 3. Monitoring the quality of produced parts and guiding the team * Monitor the performance of mold machines. Identify causes of equipment malfunction and promptly arrange necessary repairs. Prepare and adjust injection blow machines (injection/blow molding), performing interventions and process corrections as needed to ensure compliance with technical specifications and standard cycle times. Perform mold setups. Monitor the quality of produced parts together with operators through visual inspection of products, using specific devices defined in the company's control plan when necessary, and record findings in relevant documents. Guide personnel within your area regarding company regulations, work procedures, and other aspects related to your field of responsibility, etc. * Must reside in Itupeva/SP or nearby region; Technical degree in Plastics; Training in SETUP and Continuous Improvement (preferred); Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$4.000,00 - R$10.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Profit sharing * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
