Job Summary: The Plastic Extruder Operator is responsible for operating the extruder machine, adjusting process parameters, monitoring product quality, and performing basic maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate extruder machine for plastic granule production 2. Monitor the quality of produced material and correct defects 3. Perform cleaning, organization, and support preventive maintenance JOB: Plastic Extruder Operator Salary: R$ 2\.400,00 Benefits: Transportation allowance \+ Basic food basket Schedule: Day shift and night shift positions available Requirements: Availability to work overtime Responsibilities: * Operate extruder machine for plastic granule production * Feed the extruder with ground/agglomerated material * Adjust process parameters (temperature, rotation speed, pressure, and line speed) * Monitor the quality of produced material * Replace screens when necessary * Identify and correct production process defects * Clean and organize equipment and work area * Comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations * Support basic preventive maintenance Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
